No Return Policy on Medicines & Weight Loss Packages

Due to the nature of medicinal and weight loss products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been delivered:

SHAPERS CAPSULES
SLIMORA
Any Weight Loss Packages or bundled diet programs

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once the parcel is received, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Policy for Other Products

For products other than SHAPERS CAPSULES and SLIMORA, we offer a 5-day return policy.

This means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
The item must be in original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
